Ugh!

I don't know how else to put it.  Today's weigh in was ucky ucky.  I post a gain of 3.6 pounds!  Too bad I have no one to blame but me, well and TOM, too.  But mostly me.  Still, the enchiladas were good.  If only I'd avoided all those chips!

But I am back on track today.

  1. Those lbs will be gone before you know it, and I think we all have days when we are just HUNGRY! As long as you jump back on track I think it's fine!

  2. Glad to hear you are back on track! And thanks for the comment. The knee is healing. It feels better everyday and YES I think the shoes are really helping! I started geeling a bit of hip discomfort in the opposite side, but not enough to slow down progress. Its seems that they body just wasn't used to running but as I keep going it's starting to get the picture!

  3. Whenever I have a gain, I always become angry with myself (because no one but me chose to eat the wrong things or the wrong amounts). I then think of what I need to do to get right back on track and I do it. Having a gain is the ultimate motivation for me - sorta like a kick in the rear end. I don't dwell on it, I just start again and I am sure after reading your blog, you will too! You are doing a fantastic job and there is no stopping you girl!
